My weight loss in 3 months. I cut out all bread products from my diet, and just ate fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses, lean meat and fish, as well as nuts and the occasional piece of dark chocolate. I also made sure I walked a mile every single day. I feel healthier, happier and overall more positive!
