So today i found the picture on the left, among other full body pictures of me(which i will be putting up!)before i decided to change my life. I’m in shock! I can’t believe i looked like that! That is not me anymore! I’m so happy I’m changing my life! The girl on the left may be smiling, but inside she’s sad,very sad. She feels lost,and hopeless. She feels stuck,and alone. She is not me. I can’t believe HOW FAR I’VE COME! The girl on the right, yes currently that is me! She’s a fighter, she’s sticking it out. She’s going past and beyond her comfort zone. She looks fear into the eyes and calls him a LIAR! Thank you for all the support! Honestly it means the world to me that you guys are with me during my journey! Im telling you right now you can do ANYTHING you set your mind too.  I’T DOESN’T MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY AND IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES BELIVE IN YOURSELF AND YOU’LL FLY HIGH IT ONLY MATTERS HOW TRUE YOU ARE BE TRUE TO YOURSELF AND FOLLOW YOUR HEART You are beautiful,and special. ignitetogether: My weight loss in 3 months. I cut out all bread products from my diet, and just ate fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses, lean meat and fish, as well as nuts and the occasional piece of dark chocolate. I also made sure I walked a mile every single day. I feel healthier, happier and overall more positive!  Start weight: 145lbs (March 2012) End weight: 95lbs (June 2012)
